Our host staff or admins are not responsible for any content uploaded, other than that of their own. If there is an image that you believe violates your copyright or our ToS, please report it to us in our discord with >new report
Data
By using our host image hosting you agree to us storing very limited data about you.
The data we store is:
Your Discord id.
Your theme preference.
If you don't agree, stop using the service.
As you are required to link your Discord account, your Discord ID is stored to link your website account to your Discord account.
All images are stored within United States and all user data is stored within the United States, and is therefore subject to the US laws.
If you would like to request a copy of your data or account deletion, mention Andy in our discord by pinging @AndyIsHereBoi#8909, or direct messages.
Images
There a few simple rules in terms of what you aren't allowed to upload to our servers, as follows:
No illegal content of any kind
NSFW is NOT allowed
Gore or anything of the sort is strongly disallowed
No images exposing minors
No malware
No spamming the same or very similar images in a short period of time.
Making alt-accounts is strictly forbidden.
If you break any of these rules, your account/s are subject to termination.
Currently we do not provide backups of images, however we will delete them all for you if requested.
